The ultrasonic vibrating screen principle is based on the addition of an ultrasonic energy transform device to the screen surface of a 3-D vibrating separator and filter. This device can superpose ultra high frequency vibrational energy on the screen surface, allowing it to stay clear of the net and achieve the ideal screen situation. Ultrasonic vibrating screens are typically used to screen superfine powder that a standard vibrating screen cannot reach.

Tumbler sieves are a type of evolution from artificial screens. Circular motion and tossing (upward parabolic movement) are fully embodied. To change the amplitude of circular motion and toss, adjust the Radial and Tangential angles. The motion of the tumbler sieve is a double pendulum movement caused by an ordinary vertical motor driving an eccentric wheel. By adjusting the radial and tangential angles, the material produces a regular gradually grounding parabolic motion.
